Silesia Growth Hub Terms of Service
Terms effective from: November 15, 2024
1. General Rules
Welcome to the Silesia Growth Hub website. We are a company from Katowice, and we focus on making your production run smoother through data. These terms define the rules for using our site and the general conditions under which we discuss cooperation. By browsing our content or using the ROI calculator, you accept these simple rules. We don't use difficult legal terms because we respect your time. Remember that the information found here is for informational purposes and is not a commercial offer in the legal sense. Real cooperation always starts with an audit on your floor and signing a specific contract for ERP system implementation or staff training. We act concretely and expect the same from our guests.
2. Service Execution and Projects
Our services, such as system configuration or building analytical dashboards, are carried out based on separate orders. Every project has its own schedule and scope, which we determine after an on-site visit. Usually, after a short phone call or a 3-day audit, we prepare a quote. Prices listed on the subpages are estimates for typical plants employing 23 to 87 people. The exact amount depends on the state of your current databases and how much your Excel has reached its limit. Booking an audit date through the contact form is not yet an implementation agreement. It's just the first step so we can check where your money is leaking. We usually reply within 4 business hours so you can make a quick decision.
3. Client Responsibilities
The system should make work easier, not add more clicking, but for it to work, we need honesty from you. If we agree on an audit or warehouse process optimization, you must provide us with reliable data on document circulation. Numbers don't lie if you know how to read them, but as an owner or manager, you must give us insight into them. We expect the information entered in forms to be true. If your order sheet weighs 50MB and keeps crashing, tell us openly. This way, we'll choose the right tools instead of wasting time patching holes. Effective ERP implementation also requires the involvement of your foremen and managers, so we ask you to appoint contact persons for the duration of the implementation sprint.
4. Payments and Financial Terms
At Silesia Growth Hub, we play with open cards. For a quick audit, you pay a one-time fixed amount after we finish our work at your plant. For large projects lasting 12 to 18 weeks, we use milestone-based billing. You pay for specific, accepted system modules or completed management training. We have no hidden fees you'd find out about after the fact. All prices on the site are in net PLN, to which VAT is added. The payment term is standard 7 or 14 days from the invoice date. The shop floor must earn, not stand idle, so we ensure every invoice is supported by concrete progress in your company's digitalization. If for some reason work stalls on our end, we inform you immediately.
5. Data Ownership and Know-how
All content, articles from our practice, and descriptions of methodology published on this site are the intellectual property of Silesia Growth Hub. You may use them for your own knowledge, but we do not consent to copying them without our permission. The situation is different for systems implemented for you. When we configure your ERP or build analytical dashboards, all production data, margins, and stock levels belong exclusively to your company. We provide the proven mechanism and the knowledge of how to set it up, but the fuel in the form of your data is yours alone. No more manual data transcription into systems you don't control. After cooperation ends, your databases stay with you, and you have full access to them.
6. Liability and Limitations
We strive to ensure our blog tips are practical and helpful. Remember, however, that every shop floor is different. What helped recover 3,800 PLN monthly in Sosnowiec might require a different approach at your plant in Tychy. We do not take responsibility for independent changes made solely based on reading the site without consulting our expert. Our liability for errors during ERP implementation is limited to the amount of remuneration for the given stage of work. We are not responsible for machine downtimes resulting from the client's computer hardware failure or incorrect data entry by employees who haven't undergone our training. That's why we closely monitor that staff knows what and why they are clicking in the new system.
