How long does implementation actually take?
Usually, a full ERP implementation takes us 12 to 18 weeks. We don't promise to do it in a weekend because proper configuration and training for foremen requires time on your floor.
Do I have to replace all office equipment immediately?
Not always. The system is meant to make work easier, not force you to replace all computers. During a 3-day audit, we check what can be reused and what actually needs to be bought.
What if my employees resist?
It's natural for people to fear new tables and clicking. That's why we train managers directly at the machines. We show them how the system eliminates manual data transcription from sheets.
Can you just fix my old Excel?
Honestly, if your sheet has 47 columns and weighs 50MB, no fix will help for long. Excel reached its limit when the company grew. We'll help you safely move that data to a database.
Do you travel to smaller towns near Katowice?
We are based in Katowice, but we serve plants in Gliwice, Tychy, Sosnowiec, and nearby. We have getting to local site visits down to a science.
